I've always enjoyed Romeo's pizza each time I ordered from the Westlake or North Olmsted Branch. However, there's something different about the Kamm's Corners location that never tastes right. I stopped ordering from there and found my way over to Pizza Fire. Then, I discovered why the Kamm's Corner store turns out bad pizza-they allow their delivery drivers to smoke during deliveries! That is absolutely disgusting to me, and a health risk. Hopefully the other stores take note of this disregard for Romeo's high standards. Will not return to Romeo's or Pizza Fire, as they are owned by the same man.
Was very satisfied with specialty pizzas i ordered for family. Amazing customer service upon pick up. I really appreciated Jim checking to ensure pizzas were correct before leaving. Will be coming back. Way to go guys.

I ordered pizza and breadsticks from this location and recieved fantastic customer service over the phone. She was very nice and helpful! The pizza came in the time she said it would, and they were cooked to perfection! Thank you for the great service guys keep it up!
Very bad service the last two times we ordered food , missed up the had to get are money back. Now have find new pizza place again.
