Last Saturday while driving our pickup truck from the Cincinnati area to Mentor with a planned stop in Parma, my husband discovered near Columbus that he forgot to bring the key to the fiberglass truck bed cover which was locked. So I called several locksmiths, but B Safe was the only one open that was not a mobile locksmith. Dale explained how to get him the info he needed to research before we arrived and explained that he couldn't guarantee that he could help. When we arrived, he did a little more research but the first key didn't work. So he did a little more research and the second key DID work. Hallelujah! Thank you, Jesus! and thank you, Dale!
