So many workers outside smoking, while people are waiting in line. All appear to leave early . Security seems to be on their cell phones. All worker's seem to be going about personal business
They have horrible attitudes and they don't get there job done I applied for child support for my kids father and till this day they still never process my paperwork.. I been tryna put my kids father on support since 2013 its 2017 n I'm still hearing outta town case still hasn't picked up my case..smh don't know how these dumb ducks still have jobs
I pay child support for my babies.and proud of it. Dad never gave me any child support through out the years. But me paying child support make me a good mother that really knows that any child needs to me feed, needs clothing, shoes etc.

They owe me $3597 in overpayment.. it's been 2 months since case ended! They are super fast to take your cash... but slow to return it
The workers at the Cuyahoga County Child Support Enforcement Agency are some of the laziest workers ever!!! I have a court order for child support and they continually brush off my inquiries involving collecting past due support for my son. On one occasion, my child wasn't receiving payments - but his other child was. This was through the same county. One caseworker found his employer, yet my caseworker could not. For months they kept telling me I had to wait. That is their answer for everything. You have to get real ugly before they do anything. My latest case involved my son's deadbeat father collecting worker's comp. I complained to CSEA on numerous occasions for five months and right at the fifth month, the father collected a lump sum payment from worker's comp and didn't even have to pay the nearly $6,000 that he owes for my child's support!! Because CSEA's LAZY WORKERS didn't do enough!!! I hope one day someone files a class action lawsuit against them!!!
