They make up their own rules can't use ur credit card here.. the owner made me feel like I stole my own credit card..
Mookie's is just about as close to a one stop shop that you can find. It's a state liquor store, convenient store, direct bill pay, atm on site, check cashing/Money order, lottery machine. They also have great friendly employees.
Racist POS owner who refuses service to Black people. Black friend went in to buy a bottle of vodka, owner told him state law prohibits liquor sale after 11 PM. Because I know that's a lie (It's 1 AM), Lily-White me goes in about 20 minutes later. Magically, selling ME the vodka was not a problem. And looking at some of these other negative reviews, it sounds like he does this a lot. A true piece of human trash.
