We had a major insurance company not renew our policy. Lakeshore did not provide them with the correct address and we knew nothing about it until two days before we needed to have a new policy. They gave me the policies to choose from on the last possible day and they were 200 to 300% more than what we were currently paying. Our agent Jeff was very smug about it and had our hands tied. He said if you don't like it you can get out of it, but he neglected to tell me I had to keep it for minimum 90 days. This is just one more mess up they have done with our businesses. I would never recommend them to anyone.
