Went to your store thinking of repairing my laptop. After talking with your repair person, it worked out best to purchase a new laptop. The young lady in the laptop section of your store was excellent. She was quite professional with her fantastic customer service. She answered all my questions, explained what I would be receiving with my laptop. Because of her great customer service, I will shop Best Buy again. I am sorry I can't remember her name but thank you for employing her.
Terrible customer service. Asked where SD cards were. The kid couldn't be bothered stop what he was doing (which was nothing other than chatting up his female colleague.) he pointed in a direction to the back. It wasn't busy at all, why not just walk me over to the area?? A 32 gig SD card is $11 on amazon 64 gigs for $22. WHY ARE THE 32 GIGS $60 AND 64 GIGS FOR $122??? I tried asking another employee if there were other cards somewhere else that maybe I'm missing. Again, he couldn't be bothered from his doing nothing and told me no, but if there were, maybe they'd be up front near the computers.
The store was spacious and roomy. The electronics are well organized by categories. Helpful staff. Plenty of free parking even during busy thanksgiving and Black Friday period. I would have given a better rating if their deals were more attractive. Bought an iPad for my mother at the lowest price in their store ever. The accessories were pricey though.
