SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL DR RITA AND HER ENTIRE STAFF WORK TO MAKE YOU COMFORTABLE AND IMPORTANT AS AN INDIVIDUAL. I HAD A COMPLETED WORKERS COMP CLAIM AND THEY WORKED THROUGH IT CALMLY. ANY TIME I HAVE A PROBLEM, THEY SEE ME IMMEDIATLY AND SOLVE THE SITUATION. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PREMIER DENTAL TO ANYONE..
TOP NOTCH DENTAL OFFICE!! I have been a patient of Dr. Ritas for about 6 months now and I would highly recommend her and the entire staff! Everyone is caring, compassionate and professional. I have a strong fear of the dentist and was told I needed to have some extractions I was terrified but I did it and that night I was called by a staff member to check to see how I was doing, they cared enough about me as a patient to call me after hours....wow! The personal touches are what convinced me to bring my entire family to see Dr. Rita!
THIS PLACE GETS A ZERO RATING. GINA THE OFFICE MANAGER DOES NOT KNOW WHICH END IS UP - A RUDE, HIGHLY OFFENSIVE OFFICE MANAGER WHO DOESD NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED BY EMERGENCY CALLS. DR. RITA HERSELF NEVER RETURNED MY URGENT, EMERGENCY PHONE CALL - ISN'T THAT CALLED NEGLIGENCE? I WOULD NOT SEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS PLACE. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INSENSITIVE TO THE NEEDS OF PATIENTS. DENTURES NEVER FIT AND CAUSE EXTREME PAIN AND DISCOMFORT. PAID A SMALL FORTUNE AND WANT A REFUND.
