The woman on the phone was rude and all but hung up on me when I asked her what my fine total was and what payment methods they accept. I had to bite my tongue not to tell her to get the stick out of her ass and be civilized. I called right at 8:30am whjen they open clearly she shouldn't have already had that kind of a bad day but Judging by the comments I have read through on here these people are a miserable bunch of assholes.

I have lived in the area most of my life and to be honest you have some that are fair and you have others that are just plain rude and don't care about your situation!! AT ALL!! Now I do agree they are money hungry because the fines and so called court costs are totally and utterly ridiculous!! I've had experiences where I was helped and understood and I've also had and seen experiences where they knew no one could comply with what they were asking! Or just simply being butts because they could because they are the Law! It's sad but unfortunately it's everywhere!! And Bedford is one of those places!! All we can do is pray for a change, and/or stand up and stand together instead of doing nothing at all!! Change starts with us all as people!! All PEOPLE!!
The people who work in the clerks office are so rude and unhelpful. God forbid I ever get a ticket in this awful city ever again.
I've been here for an eviction once and found the court to be a bit rude, but fair and impartial. I'd much rather go here than any other court in the Cleveland area that I've had occasion to visit.
