THE BANK HAS SHORT HOURS . THE SERVICE IS CORDIAL BUT MOST INEFFICIENT. CONSTANTLY HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE FOR A BANKER WHO IS USUALLY STRESSED FROM BEING A TELLER. MY EXPERIENCE IN THE CHICAGO MARKET WAS MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL AND STRESS FREE. personal banker SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK TODAY AFTER A TWO HOUR PHONE TO COMPLETE A TRANSACTION AND DID NOT. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.
This bank is the best. Everyone seems like they are there to service me. I never have any wait time. The only downside is the location on an one-way street.
Good service. People are cordial and the banker are always happy to help you. The place is at a walking distance from Case Western, making it extremely comfortable for me. I never had a problem and every time I went there the banker was able to help me out.
