I came here nearly every day my sophomore year at Case, and was so happy to visit almost a decade later this weekend! Delicious food, great staff, and reasonably priced. Love it!
Only one complaint....... they do not have Tortellini soup, which is not really a complaint. Actually it is the fact that every breakfast sandwich has cheese on it. I do not eat cheese with my eggs, so it is an unnecessary burden. They make a great cannoli and the cheesecake was amazing!
Very nice bakery in a good locality. Pastries are good. My wife ordered my birthday tiramisu cake from here which tasted great. Staff are courteous and helpful in delivering the order with a short notice. Seating is plenty and it is a busy place with a lot of customers. Decent brewed coffee. Parking is a pain and should be done in streets and it is a really tight packed road. I would give 5 stars if their prices are lower but it is still worth the price for the Italian authenticity and for a bakery of this kind.
The only Italian food in Cleveland worth the price. Delicious and cheap. Everywhere else on the strip tries to serve $24 cream-sauce linguine, but this place has authentic Italian-American origins. Great coffee, pastry, bread, sandwiches, and gelato. This place sold me on moving to Little Italy.
Presti's Bakery and Cafe is a place where time forgot (in the best way! ). Family owned and operated since early 1900s. Everything homemade with care- end result is pure and amazing! The staff is friendly and accommodating. Prices are always reasonable! Open 7 days a week- from breakfast sandwiches and delicious muffins and morning pastries, to lunch including a daily special, subs and, as always, pizza! The deli includes a wide variety of fresh salads: pasta and antipasta, chicken, egg and tuna salads, caprese, and tortellini to name a few standards. The desserts and cookies are second to none! Absolutely amazing!!! Can't forget the bread! The best Italian white bread on the planet! 4 generations of experience and love!
