I'm an ambassador for Us Pain Foundation and had a flight from CLE to Connecticut for a seminar. I'm handicap and use a walker to get around. We called ahead of time to get someone to help me get to my gate. They were on the ball. As soon as I got out of my car they helped me check in and wheeled me through security to the farthest gate and were waiting for me when I came home. I cannot say the same for my connecting flights. They also took good care of me when I returned. The airport was clean and all the staff i was in contact with were great.

What i like most about this airport is open ventilation and nicely placed gates and seats. You feel very relaxed once you are in.
PLEASE DONT PARK YOUR VEHICLES AT THIS AIRPORT.IF YOU MUST, PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION .... My husband & I went on a 4 day vacation. The parking for the SMART garage is 18 bucks a day. What I didn’t know is that the lot isn’t actually being monitored... There are no cameras. All they have is a patrolman that comes & goes... With that being said, our car was broken into right along with ELEVEN OTHERS!!! The so called manager was very very nasty and rude stating that he’s not giving anyone free parking and he didn’t care the circumstances. Well I felt that I wasn’t about to pay over 50$ for parking especially when my car wasn’t being protected. I asked for his boss. Long story short I didn’t pay for parking and the officer on the scene was very polite and understanding. I just want people to know what they’re getting themselves into. I love to write and read reviews because I find them very helpful. The airport should let these people know that their cars aren’t really being watched then I bet a lot of people would think twice before parking there especially going on vacations. Your car be unattended for days smh. #Nonsense #Foolery
Lot of shopping options and food&drinks.
Rental cars pick up and returns are outside of the airport but they provide free shuttle service and they very frequent. Excellent service and people.
This airport is 100% contrast to NJ&NYC airports.
I showed up for a flight this past Sunday and somehow through a system error my reservation on that flight had been cancelled. Two United Airlines employees (a man and woman) worked TIRELESSLY to get me on a new flight home, which connected through a different city, and got me home only 45 minutes after my original itinerary. I needed to be rushed through security and all of the security personnel (with the exception of 1...) were incredibly kind, even when something alerted in my bag and I needed a full search and pat down completed. The security staff were kind, respectful, and thorough, and I still made my new flight on time. What could have been an incredibly horrific travel experience was pleasant and positive. Thank you to the United Airlines and Security personnel!
They made me feel grow away ALL my liquids because the bottles didn’t say 3.0 Oz even though true had less then that In them. They through away over $100 worth o hair stuff, face wash, and perfume. Screw this airport. 10/10 not recommend !!!!!!!!!!
